Appointments
- To Secure your appointment a booking fee of 20% of the service must be made that will come off your service total at checkout day of service
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for first facial appointment to fill out any consent forms and 5 min for further appointments

Late arrival/
No Shows
- There will be a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes with no form of contact your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
- No shows will result in 50% of booked service charged
-Several No shows will no longer be able to book an appointment with The Beaute Haus.
Cancellations
- Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment
- A cancellation of less than 24hours will result in a forfeit of deposit
Service grace period/ refunds
-Not in love with the results of your service? Please message us within 48hours of your appointment so we can resolve any of your concerns
- Refunds will not be permitted for any service rendered
